Standard Purchase Order Clauses

Appendix-A

When any of the following clauses are noted on the purchase order, they are to be considered a line item of the purchase order.

P.1

No verbal deviations to the purchase order are permitted. Variations require an amended purchase order.

P.2

All materials listed on the purchase order must be packaged for shipment to preclude damage in transit.

P.3

All pricing, estimates and negotiations are to be in United States currency.

P.4

WFDC is to be notified if the supplier makes any changes to the product ordered, as well as any modifications to the processes used to manufacture the product. WFDC review of these changes may reveal that they have an effect on the desired end use of the product, requiring a modification to the PO. (7.4.2-46-h)

P.5

WFDC requires the right of access to all facilities involved in the production or processing of product on the PO for WFDC personnel, WFDC customer personnel and any regulatory authorities involved in the product or process(processes). This includes verification/inspection of the requirements for the contracted component(s). (7.4.2-46-i; 7.4.3-53, -54)
