Quality Policy

WFDC's quality policy is a commitment by all students, employees and management to provide products and services that assure customer satisfaction through the following objectives:

  • Provide our customers with only quality products and services.
  • Provide those products and services on time, utilizing efficient and cost effective methods.
  • Provide open, effective communication with our customers and suppliers.
  • Provide control of assembly, operational and quality processes.
  • Provide a system of continuous quality improvement across all disciplines.
Work Force Development Center has taught me very useful skills and work ethics. I’ve learned how to install rivets, assemble plane parts, plus package parts etc. Al the employees have treated me with respect and fairness and have been patient with me so I can learn the very useful skills for the real world.
