Wire Harness Assemebly

Work Force Development Center has recently expanded from aerospace mechanical assembly to include wire harness assembly for the aerospace, automotive and marine fields.

Common hand tools such as side cutters, screw drivers, nut drivers, various hand crimpers and Strip Master ™ wire strippers, measuring tapes and scales are utilized. Dependant on the product, more sophisticated tooling such as the TSR Wire Stripper™, Schleuniger 8300 Jacketstrip Machine™, Raychem IR 550 ™ heat gun, ATS 5000 G-Press™ crimp machine and Spectrum™ Sienna 2105 Laser Stripping machine may be used.

Work Force Development Center has the ability to laser mark a variety of wire types and diameters using our Spectrum ™ Capris 50-300-ES laser cut and code machine. This greatly increases the ability to meet our customer’s requirements.

Our instructors have received specialized process certification classes conducted by Work Force Development Center and our customers.
