My students are working very hard in order to graduate with their classes. They are very proud of their accomplishment at WFDC and have brought that high standard to the classroom at LHS. My students are so proud of their “job” and their accomplishments and have positive attitudes about what they can achieve and do. Students come almost every day to school….they know attendance is an important part of their job at WFDC and they have brought that with them to the school setting too. This has been a wonderful experience for all of my students. One student in particular has gained so much self confidence and job skill that he now even makes eye contact with adults and even carries on conversations with adults – something he hardly ever did in the past. I LOVE this program and would like to see it expand in order to serve more deserving students. The staff is wonderful with our population of kids and teaches them so much.- Vicky Hopper, Lynnwood High School
